Stop Renting Software... And Learn How To Own It!
You're paying for software every single month that someone else built. Someone who didn't know your industry, your customers, or your problems. They just built something generic and charged you forever for it.
What if you built the fix yourself?
Justin Burns is hosting a free 3-day live event where he walks you through building, packaging, and launching a real app — no code, no dev team, no prior experience. Just your industry knowledge and the AI tools that make it all possible.
Over 50,000+ people have went through this event.
Join us July 22-24 and build the app your industry actually needs. Replays go to everyone who registers, but the building happens live.

Light Trail Returns - Artists Sought

Tacoma Light Trail is already looking ahead to winter — and organizers are inviting local artists and businesses to take part.
The next Tacoma Light Trail is scheduled to run December 31 through January 17, beginning with a New Year’s Eve Festival featuring multiple events and entertainment. The all-ages celebration is supported by New Tacoma Neighborhood Council and others, with the goal of filling Tacoma with lights, artwork, and a festive start to the new year.
Local artists and businesses interested in participating can apply or register now through tacomalighttrail.org. Applications and registrations are open through August 31, 2026.
SR-16 Lane Closure Near Narrows

Drivers heading from Gig Harbor toward Tacoma should plan for possible delays Friday morning and early afternoon.
WSDOT says the right lane of eastbound State Route 16 just after the Tacoma Narrows Bridge will close from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, July 17 while crews repair asphalt and cut brush. The Jackson Avenue exit is expected to remain open.
The work is not on the bridge itself, but it could still slow traffic coming off the bridge toward Tacoma. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra time, stay within posted speeds, and travel outside the work window if possible. The work could be rescheduled if it rains.
Pet Food Help Ending Soon

A Pierce County pet food bank that helps hundreds of families each month is preparing to close again.
Puget Sound Pet Food Bank says its Tacoma and Spanaway locations will close for the foreseeable future after its final day of service on Monday, July 27. The organization serves about 400 families and 1,100 pets each month, providing food for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and guinea pigs, along with supplies such as beds, bowls, collars, leashes, crates, and toys.
The food bank says donations have not been enough to keep up with demand and operating costs, and it also needs a new location that can serve both Tacoma and Spanaway clients, store food and supplies, and allow veterinary partners to continue free wellness and spay/neuter clinics. People who know of a possible property can contact the organization, and monetary donations are also being accepted online.
